We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Hygiene products such as socks, underwear, and slips cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or invoice).


  • To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us:

    You will receive an e-mail with the return address in 24 hours.
  •  You will need to package and ship the product to us.
    - The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
    - The product must also be in its original packaging, with intact labels.
  • as soon as the return is received in our warehouse, we will take care of the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Final sale 
All final sale items are neither returnable nor refundable. Exchanges are possible but not guaranteed. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Promotions
When returning discounted products that were part of a promotion or sale during a specific time window, the promotion or sale will be revoked and the regular prices will be applied to the remaining products of the specific order unless all products are returned.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you register a return and request an exchange the exchange item is not guaranteed.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
