Origin and Dispatch

All products are shipped directly from Switzerland.
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (CET) are usually shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will generally ship the next business day.

Shipping Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We offer the following tracked shipping options:

Shipping to Germany, Austria, France & Italy

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, and Italy.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

  • All shipments are tracked

  • Important: Customs duties and import taxes are not included and must be covered by the customer

Shipping Notes

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • During peak periods (e.g. holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended.

  • If your delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel cannot be delivered, additional return and reshipping costs may apply.
